Tirek Pre-Shining Armor is not Unicorn Twilight level

Tirek's form right before he absorbed Shining's magic is rated as At least High 6-C, because he stomped Shining Armour. That seems reasonable (I mean, since he STOMPED him, it should be more like at the very least High 6-C, but whatever...), but I am almost certain that he stormed Canterlot Castle immediately after absorbing his magic, meaning he only got a little stronger. So really, all his keys except his first one should be in tier 4. Though it would be reasonable to assume at the very least High 6-C for his forms he had after absorbing unicorn/pegasi magic because a bunch of ponies should definitely have overall stronger magic than that of one pretty strong pony (filly Rainbow Dash)
