History... is a thing that must be preserved across all along the multiverse. Some people fix mistakes in time on their own universes... however, those changes have only happened limited to one universe at a time and were somewhat minor. However, one day out of nowhere, various changes across time on all across the multiverse have started happening, some being is altering all histories and that must be stopped. That is why, the being known as "Brusel", a time fixer, has decided to summon people from any point of time and any universe. As he needs help from people, he also decided to give some of them some powers if they needed it.

Appearance: A fox with purple fur and splotches of bright colored fur that are in the shape of stars. He’s about the size of your average housecat, and his eyes look like they have galaxies swirling inside of them.


Universe: A world where creatures have a far more fine connection to the world around them, specifically animals. Animals serve as gods and the universe their plaything. Nothing is sacred to the fauna.


Powers:

Telepathy: Étoile can use this to communicate with both humans and animals. It’s incredibly simple. His voice shifts between that of a deep, fluid tone to a loud boom, like the sound of a supernova.

Psychic Energy Projection: An ability that calls upon Étoile’s mental capacity and energy an weaponizes it. This can be used in a variety of ways, such as encasing people in cages, creative weapons, energy beans, lifting people, and anything they user can realistically imagine.

Cosmic Energy Use: Étoile calls in power from the universe around him. His stars shine bright and the galaxies in his eyes swirl with incredible speed before the power rushes out in a powerful explosion, encapsulating anyone near him. This takes more energy than his other techniques but the boom is powerful.

Transformation (The Night of the Fox): Étoile’s transformation is accompanied by the immediate darkening of the area around him. He morphs into this serpentine-like creature made of pure darkness while still keeping his fox ears. This form harnesses the cosmic energy even more than before, using it as powerful weaponized beams and forming massive explosions. The form is made to bring devastation in its wake.

Appearance: A human looking guy with red hair and brown eyes. He has a door in his chest that leads to another pocket universe where he leaves his weapons.


Universe: A universe where there is no mercy or peace and where there are all types of beings. His universe has many powerful people of all types and the universe is mostly controled by multiple powerful organisations some are good and some are evil.


Powers:

Elements Manipulation:

Maa can control most type of elements in the universe and the element that he is most known for using is water, he is known to use it in very creative ways of all types.

Teleportation:

Maa can use this power to teleport to any place. Also he can use it as a way of dimensional travel to teleport in all of the multiverse like but if he teleports to another universe he will lose a lot of stamina.

Future Sight:

Maa can use this ability to see the near future and to read his enemies next attacks. He can also see what will happen in the far future but without knowing when will the event happens and without knowing the details of the event.

Transformation (Master of the sea):

This transformation turns Maa's eyes into golden eyes and he will also get wings made of a very special liquid. With this transformation Maa will be able to control water and all types of liquids in the universe he is in with very special ways. He will be able to change types of liquids (Like getting water and turning it to acid), turning solid objects into water (tuning even whole planets into water) , turning liquids into solid objects and even steal the water from people's bodies (to make them dry). The liquid that the wings are made of can absorb most types of power even the powers of black holes and galaxies.

Universe: One of the many VSRPverse Universes.

Backstory: The illegitimate bastard child of Ichika and Valev. I refuse to elaborate on how that's even possible.

Powers:

Crystallize: A power inherited from Ichika. Kiara is capable of manipulating "Crystallization"; that is to say, she is capable of generating crystalline structures to a very fine degree. Kiara can create theoretically anything she can imagine so long as it follows this rule. She is capable of generating ornate and precise constructs out of Sand, Glass, Gemstones, and Ice. Once a construct is created, Kiara is capable of manipulating it somewhat freely, though it is most precise during the initial creation process. One of her favorite techniques, taught to her by her mother, is to manifest chains to bind opponents and drag them down, forcing them to bow to her. By crystallizing herself, Kiara can increase her natural durability, and parts of her injured in this way may be regenerated.

Incinerate: A power inherited from Valev's fire magic, altered by Kiara. Kiara is capable of manipulating "Incineration"; rather, she is capable of generating incredibly destructive heat and flames. This fire is typically pink in color, but if she's playing seriously, it takes on a blue coloration instead. Kiara can heat her surroundings rapidly to melt sand and stone into glass and magma, form defensive walls of flame to destroy projectiles, and teleport between the fire that she creates.

ESP - Vector: A power all her own. Kiara is an Esper, and a powerful one at that. She is capable of using extremely precise telekinesis to move every day objects, but her true specialty is her control over Vectors. Through physical contact, Ichika is capable of manipulating vectors, the direction and magnitude of objects. This allows her to stop moving objects with a touch, propel things as projectiles, and blast through matter as if it were as fragile as sand. She has to be able to react to and activate her vectors to manipulate objects, and if her horns are damaged, she won't be able to use this ability.

Tinkerer: Having inherited the genius of both of her parents, Kiara is a very gifted designer of magical and technological items, able to make things far beyond the level of modern society. Given some time and resources, she is capable of developing all manner of tools, but her specialty tends to be miniaturization: Making items that can shrink down, or fit more technology in them than their size would otherwise be able to allow. Under normal circumstances, she always carries around a portable motorcycle and pistol of her own design.

Redundant Biology: Worried about the idea of her daughter being hurt, Ichika made sure that Kiara's body was filled with redundancies and safeguards. As such, her body is reinforced in such a way that unless she is outright killed, she can keep going at full capacity. Blinding her will simply let her sense light through her skin, stopping her heart will cause several other organs to take over, cutting her throat bleeds no more than cutting the back of her hand, cutting off a limb will only last until it reattaches, and even decapitation won't put her down. This comes with a slight regenerative ability that lets her attach her broken or severed parts and makes her extremely resistant to extreme conditions like heat, cold, and disease.

Appearance: It's a toad alright.

Universe: Super Mario Bros

Powers: Chiaotzu's Ki abilities

Warmonger’s Menace: Having killed so many and caused so much destruction, Sergeant Toad is covered in an aura of menace and death. Those who he wills it to will fear him deeply and thoroughly, often to the point of existential dread and immediate panic. This can be turned off, but the trauma caused by this can’t.

“Inspiring” Leader: Sergeant Toad knows what to say to get the troops going. His allies are stronger and more durable when under his command, boosted by proximity to him.

Transformation: Invincibility Star: The toad uses a standard issue invincibility Star, briefly making him into a flashing rainbow invulnerable monster, capable of murdering others with a touch. Unfortunately, this only lasts a few seconds.

Seems eh, Warmonger's Menace would have to be a little less potent and Invincibility Star will last a turn.

Appearance:

Universe: A world of darkness guided by the nigh-omnipresent will of dark gods for thousands of years, one of the most powerful being Scath dall'ombris, also known as the Overshade.


Powers:

Hand of the Shade: Can mold darkness as if it were a physical object. He often uses it as a method to restrain his opponents but can also use it as a shield or projectile.

Shadow-like Physiology: Being empowered by the Overshade for so long has caused his physical body to partly fuse with it, extending his life far beyond that of a normal human, enhancing his physicality, and allowing him to regenerate lost limbs and major organs besides his heart and brain. This also allows him to even hide in plain sight with some preparation, bypassing the senses of those around him.

Mindful Shade: The Overshade, may his shade cover us all, over the years, has enhanced Zaros's mind at a cost of some of his sanity. While normally a calm, persuasive, skillful, and intelligent man, he can become extremely violent and unpredictable in extremely intense situations.

Transformation: One With The Shade: Zaros allows the Overshade to fully envelop him. Becoming a literal shadow, Zaros gains the ability to become completely intangible and disappear and reappear into almost any shadow within 50 meters of himself. However, he is incapable of attacking while in this form. He prefers to only use it in short bursts to evade sticky situations as the longer he uses it, the more time he needs to recover from the mental effects lest he become nothing more than an aspect of the Overshade under his complete control.

Vibration control feels a tad bit OP, since free intangibility as a normal power. Not only that but earthquakes, when you would probably not have enough AP for that. Also why specifically do you want to check through the memories of your other OCs?

Appearance: An elite super-soldier with blue eyes and short blonde hair, equipped with various weapons, futuristic utilities, and a hidden exoskeleton suit which grant her superhuman strength and abilities like "double-jumping", and running on walls and ceilings.

Universe: She originates from a Universe where humanity has already advanced into a Type II civilization, and is on it's way to advance to Type III. She is one of the first people in her universe to notice the anomalies in her universe.

Powers: Standard Powers and Weapons used by the Pilot from Titanfall and:

Micro Armory: A pocket dimension where she stores a large amount of weapons and utilities. This ranges from small arms, explosives, to powerful rocket launchers and even automated sentry turrets with weapons far more powerful than what she herself wields. (This basically gives her access to every Weapons, Utilities, and Boosts the Pilot has.)

Shield Combo: Consists of three devices, the first one is an energy shield that captures projectiles, energy beams, and other various objects which can later be shot at extremely high speeds to a target. This reflection is often times more powerful than some of her actual weapons. The second device is a secondary energy shield that heats up anything it comes to contact with to extremely high temperatures, temperatures so high, that it vaporizes bullets before it even hits her, can be used both defensively and offensively but can only be activated for a very limited time. The third device is an extremely durable, foldable physical shield which can absorb kinetic and explosive energy from any projectiles that hit the shields.

Summon: Titanfall
Summons the Vanguard class Titan from Titanfall. This Titan is far stronger, more durable, and has more powerful weapons than the Pilot. In addition to a that, this Titan can activate one of it's 7 Core Abilities for extra power. If the Titan is on the brink of destruction, the Titan can eject Neyyly and explode with a Nuclear Explosion.

Core Abilities
Salvo Core: Launches a massive missile barrage to the target.
Laser Core: Fires an extremely powerful laser beam from the chest of the Titan.
Flame Core: Creates a giant wave of fire that destroys anything in its path.
Smart Core: Gives the Titan the ability to lock-on to targets and fires homing bullets from a bottomless magazine.
Sword Core: Increases the Titan's speed and makes the Titan's melee attacks far more powerful.
Flight Core: The Titan hovers a few meters above the ground and fires a barrage of missiles to the targets below.
Burst Core: The Titan's main weapon becomes far more powerful and has an increased fire rate for a period of time.

As long as you restrain yourself to only editing your features to that of other beings and don't get their powers, all seems fine.
