No, it's not. For other possibilities to actually happen, they'd have to be their own separate universe (according to Many-Worlds Interpretation). And if they're not really happening, then it's highly unlikely that those possibilities exist in their own universe
 
Depend. If all the possibilities are already realized, then it is 2-A, however if all the possibilities is just a word to talk about how many path future could take or something similar then no
