It comes with his EE which is thought based I think

From the video, he appears from the portal, and sends out a thing that starts erasing. classic sonic and and modern were both able to react. So it doesn’t appear thought based. And even if it is, the blast itself had enough travel time that sonic had a few seconds from only a couple meters away, here the range is 4km.

Well actually, I might just vote seiya winning, as Saints have literally just gained Dimensional travel after being bfred, he can one shot the time eater, and they have the same range so seiya can prob just kill it from white space anyway
