Rose is definitely the stronger and tougher one. And her Stat amp can help further that. I think a bit over 3 times stronger. But she just is out ranged. The fight starts and he opens with an onslaught of attacks from his nail or electric gun, assuming she can get close, the grappling negates that as he can simply pull himself a good distance away. And a flamethrower may just do constant damage to her since ya know. Fire. Especially since it's hot enough to melt steel. I don't see her being able to power through all of it. Toolman takes it
