Tifa I noticed doesn't have nearly as many Hax as Bayonetta, so as long as Bayonetta can avoid being hit once which is her specialty, she should have a chance at beating her, this is basically Hax vs AP
Anyway, base Bayonetta 2 version vs End game Tifa with all her weapons and whatever material she has the best chance with.
