What would be the tier of a character that can destroy 2 or more 3-D universes or dimensions of comparable size which does not involve the destruction and/or creation of space-time?

Yeah, I was just going to ask if that made them any number above baseline 3-A. No need for that, we simply use scaling chains and accepted multipliers for 3-A (as long as it's a finite amount) on the profiles.
