Do tier 2 and higher characters also have 4d egos?

Tier low2-C /Tier 2 Questions

Not necessarily there's plenty of tier 2 characters that are physically, mentally, spiritually, etc 3D. There needs to be feats/statements that prove higher dimensional existence and thus a 4D ego.
Ofc it kinda gets complicated when dealing with smurfs/avatars (E.g A character that's physically wall level but their mind exists in a multiversal 4D construct but that's just case by case at that point).

Technically ego is connected to the mind, body, and soul as well as being part of the consciousness of a being so technically it may been 4D and not strictly have to been 3D per se.
