Maybe I shouldn't have slacked off and waited till the last moment. Alright, let's see the arguments. I'm not going down without a discussion.

Damn, ninja'd

Alright so in defense of Tatsu, and as stated before, he is a legendary ex-yakuza. Having stormed an enemy clan and taking out their people with a lead pipe in a single night. With the weapons on the side of the road, he could potentially defend himself. And if the shard of glass acts anything like a knife, he'd be godly with it due to his knife skills. Eh, just wanted to say some things.

Sorry Average mann Tatsu is great Yakuza fighter but the skill insanity alone (not even touching the rest)
Omega will start the fight by using his Acclerated Development to immediately get close to Tatsu and deliver Pressure point knock strike with V-Trigger (which is capable of knocking out MMA fighters in Close Quarter Combat) and end this quickly.

In case Tatsu wishes to fight hand to hand he gets hit with martial arts Open-hand strikes to harm the enemies between the neck and shoulder blades
Tatsu can not land his MMA hits on Omega due to him being able to dodge mma blows.
And none of this is him even using his full powers.

Omega combines (MMA+Kick-Boxing+Karate+Catch Wrestling+Lucha Libre) all these Combat Fights moves into one and deliver fast paced MMA Blows at the back of the neck knocking him out.
