Not tier 5, but wasn't Infinite's star calced at Multi Continent Level+? I can't find it anywhere so I might be mistaken.
The reason it's legit based on one other character's reasoning for their tier 5.
Saitama is tier 5 based on statements alone even though his next highest tier is also High 6-A (Being superior to Lord Booros), meanwhile Sonic has a number of tier 5 base feats and can't catch a break. Just my opinion, Several Feats > Two Statements. AND Saitama's a pretty popular character, so I don't imagine this being a mistake. Look, I hate using whataboutism, but there is a clear contradiction here.
