Tier 0 Place?

Well... As the name of the thread suggests, i have a question: Can a Tier 0 "Location" exist? It is not a being, but more like some kind of 'Unknowable place"

So... Can such thing exist?

They're one in the same, Tier 0 characters don't have minds or a sense of self as we understand them

Basically what Prom said. I don't understand why people try and experiment with Tier 0. It is just a fictional representation of that which is inexplicable. It is unknowable. A true Tier 0 is not a being. It is all-encompassing even if it's completely unrelated to the rest of the world. So yes, it is a place. TOAA is a place. Azathoth is a place and so on. It's the primordial concept before existence and nonexistence. Literally everything and nothing.
