Well as of current, Tien is stronger than Buu Saga Base Gohan. Tien also has more versatility (at least more than the Cell Jrs showed) with things like Solar Flare, far more experience, Power Mimicry, and POSSIBLY faster. Possibly. Maybe. Ehh.

Push comes to shove, Tien can use the Mafuba. The Cell Juniors have no idea what that is, and that is still a win, correct? My vote goes to Tien for higher intelligence and stamina

he could seal them via Mafuba but he cant kill them, Cell JR are atleast SSj1 tier level fighters, Tien might have gotten stronger but he still Base level Android/Cell Saga Saiyan level which is not much really
