"1-A intangibility" isn't even really a thing anyways, even if it was 1-A TES void. Ahzek Ahrima and the Culexus Assassins don't have some weird tier 1 intangibility just because they can shift in and out of realspace and the warp.

It still would scale to range. If not the potency.
The potency would have been because it would reach over most of the verse including the infinite wheels withing wheels which are ridiculously above Tier High 1-B.
