Throwing a hammer so hard it creates a sonic boom?

Transonic speed, AP depends on the hammer's weight but somewhere in 9-B, really easy calc if you do know the weight
 
A 16oz claw hammer will yield at least like 26700 joules.
It could be a speed feat or an AP feat.
 
Too bad the guy who did it already has High 6-C AP so this is kinda worthless, the speed might be useable though
