So yeah, this is going to be a bit out of the way. We have Thrax, a virus who managed to become the size of a white blood cell (which is 12-15 ┬Ám, by the way) and took on an explosion the size of a whitehead, against a dust mite, a creature that regularly eats dead cells. About the only rule I have for this one is Speed is Equalized. Here are their profiles.

Dust Mites range from 0.2mm to 03mm and Thrax should be anywhere from 12 to 15um, let's assume he's 15 since he was fairly tall in the film compared to other characters and it highballs his height, and lets compare that 0.2mm.


the Dust mite on a low end is 13 times bigger than him.at high end for the dust mite its 25 times bigger if Thrax is 12um
