No, LT was High 1B vs High 1B but LT was so much more powerful it was declared a stomp.

The Beyonder is far stronger than TLT. TLT is far stronger than Multi-Abstracts. The Multi-Abstracts are powerful enough to contend with the Endless ( Not Death and Destiny, just the other Endless. ) . Each of them can comprehend the Source. CAS and Mandrakk were destroyed just by being near ithe Source. See the vast difference ? Even if we assume he is weaker than TLT, he is millions me stronger than Eternity. In comparison, CAS would get his behind stomped by any High 1-B within the DC Spectrum.
