None of that is combat applicable or anything Superman can't handle. However Thor does take this Mid-Diff, have a sick analysis coming.

Thor takes this, because he blatantly outranges and outskills Superman.

Thor is blatantly more versatile. Having everything from stat AMPS, elemental manipulation, and busted Non-Physical Interaction:
  • Non-Physical Interaction (Soul - Energy, Intangibility - Incorporeality - Abstract Minds, Emotions/Personality, Memory, Ideas, Narrative, Thoughts, Life Force - Concept Type 3 - Information Type 2 - Nonexistent Nature Type 2, Aspects 1, 2 & 3[Notes 1] - Can affect souls and touch energy beings[15][16]) Which would counter's Superman's Intangibility.

He has Force-Field's which will block most of Superman's stuff.

Mjolnir could be used restrain him

He easily takes experience, living for Millions of years. And I believe Asgardians only get stronger as they grow older.

Just Thor's lighting alone is casually Solar System Busting and has high universal range.

I could see Thor just spamming projectiles such as Wind, Lighting, and a bunch of other crap, overwhelming Clark.

Who other than his Heat Vision and Freeze Breathe, is mostly just a flying brick type character.

That is to say he doesn't have nearly enough options to compensate or help him out here.

Thor's highler LS and AP is just the nail in the coffin.

Dunno why we are considering his physiology not-combat applicable, but whatever lmao.

Yeah, right now, Thor should have this with his bigger versatility, smurf haxs and higher stats.

As it stands, Thor. Slight AP advantage isn't much but it's there and both can amp themselves. Versatility, skill, and experience also go to Thor. It's just a nice High-Diff match up.
