if Thor can destroy all the soldiers and force emilia into cqc and restrain her with the pure awesome power of LS he could in theory win but this would be risky as Emilia has better skill even cqc along with all her weaponry at her disposal
Its going to put pressure on thor once he realises he cannot break through emilia's defense along with getting hit by all her attacks. His pride as a warrior might get in the way as he probs wouldn't fly away at that point and try to outmuscle her but that scenario wouldn't be favorable being honest
