Aight, lemme break it down.
Depowered: Thor with no powers/Beginning of Thor 1. (Wall level)
Base: Pretty much every movie til around the end of the middle of Ragnarok (has Mjolnir). (Large Town Level)
Awakened: End of Ragnarok to Beginning of Endgame. (Has Stormbreaker most times) (At least City level, far higher with Stormbreaker)
Post-Decimation: Fat Thor (Has Stormbreaker and Mjolnir) Pretty much the same scaling, but a few words are changed an this Thor is likely weaker than awakened.
You get it?
