OK, so Megaboy was banned but maybe some of these feats should be looked at. Also Thomas does scale at least to the most part. He has shown taking similar crashes, is able to carry their loads as easily as they do, among other things.

Do to feats he has shown Thomas is "9-B, possibly 9-A". He easily destroys walls (As due other engines.). Percy, a weaker and smaller engine was able to slam through multiple walls at once (I believe it was number 11 of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKTg5WkeiIw). It also shows Gordon, a possibly stronger engine than Thomas doing something similar.
