Thomas can only win this if he rams directly into Mickey and standard battle assumptions would have it so that they would start hundreds of metres apart, Thomas would have to travel that amount before Mickey could move ~1.4 metres at most to get off the railway (assuming he’s in the middle). Since Thomas is only about 2.52x faster than Mickey this isn’t possible at all. However, it’s pretty plausible for Mickey to be able to jump onto Thomas after that and kill him from the inside, though he might endanger himself whilst doing so.
