I don’t know how much of it would apply since if he tried to Bfr her he’d have to just deal with her again next week, mind manipulation would need him to stand still something that you shouldn’t do in a fight and chiaki could just beat him before he fully does it

Garfield doesn’t have time stop naturally he used a watch for time stop in the Garfield show

Even if he doesn't have that, toon force + temporal bfr grants him the win. He can kick to next month or so, and continue to do so whenever they meet.

And even if he doesn't use those, she cannot do anything to him.

Eh chiaki is probably smarter since she helped with a couple of the trials in dangan 2 but yeah Garfield probably has better stamina I don't really get is people just saying toon force and then not saying anything else like how will he use it
