Thematic matchups that would be/are stomps

General Grievous vs Hoolay

Both are warriors from tribes who pride themselves mostly on warfare, battle, and carnage and were at the peak of their respective species with a culture not too different from each other. Both were bosses who got defeated by two gigachads (Obi Wan and Jingliu) they despised and were unable to defeat at all
There's also Grievous vs Toji and Sundowner that fit this thread since apparently those are considered two of Grievous' popular matchups.

Raiden Mei (Herrscher of Origin) vs Raiden (MGSR)

"Stomp" doesn't even begin to describe the match. She resists HF Blades and uh, has ap,haxes etc infinities above him

Ymir, The Founding Titan vs Caine, The First Vampire

Once simple young farmers, after unspeakable acts of violence they found their lives upended and lost their homes, becoming the lowest of the low. After coming into contact with timeless and unfathomably powerful beings, they were bestowed with godlike power that changed their very beings but was more a curse than anything, as they lacked the wisdom to use it responsibly, and brought untold suffering upon the entire world with it. Despite their immeasurable power, they are shackled by their self-defeating mindsets, and have spent millennia watching their progeny inflict wanton agony on the world at large and their own kin in an unending and ultimately meaningless cycle of violence. It is only by coming to terms with their inner demons that their curse is broken, and they and their progeny are able to find some measure of peace.

But... yeah. You could quite literally throw an infinite number of Ymirs at Caine and he would still no-diff. Though Caine's profile is insanely outdated and contains a wealth of erroneus information ("Eye of Caine" isn't a thing. According to the storyteller the red star is either a sign from God or a portent of The Wyrm. Also, stuff scaling him to Outer is contentious to say the least), he is still very much Low 2-C and Immeasurable, with an assload of layered hax. Hell, despite being set ablaze by sunlight (unless he uses one of the many powers he has to avoid such a thing since every single vampiric power [including various measures to tank sunlight] that has ever or will ever exist is available to him inherently, and he can even just invent knew ones whenever the hell he likes), he still won't die as he is quite literally not allowed to until the apocalypse.
