I vote to Yang Guo Winter Solider. Crossbone does not fully scaled to Captain America, as CA has higher LS. Winter Soilder's skill could scale to CA. Also, CA and Yang Guo Winter Soilder has met far more enemies after Crossbone's activity.

Doesn't Bucky slap? What can Crossbones even do here? He's vastly more skilled, a wider range of weapons, an 8-B arm he could use to one-shot Crossbones, and is vastly more skilled

His 8-B arm doesn’t scale to striking strength. Current Bucky doesn’t use weapons. Both have very similar skill sets as they both fought cap once

Also Bucky is seen to be able to almost outmatch Cap, while crossbones lost against Cap. I'm not seeing a wincon for crossbones

I don't know if his experience when he is brainwashed is counted, but WS will have more solid advantages against Crossbone even when CB has self-destruct.

I just re-watched that scene. The explosion was instantaneous and there wasn't a noticeable charge time or delay. Can't he just press the detonator while being grabbed by Bucky?
