Does Madoc have any abilites exclusive to one tier or is it the same for both forms?

Mysterio is High 8-C with prep only, and considering he's smarter and is likely to walk in to the fight with his better hax already on. Both are able to one shot each other too so I feel it comes down to what Madoc is gonna lead with and how effectively he can use his Mind/Soul hax.

If its that I think Inconclusive is probably the best answer I can come to as far how this would go.
