In physical terms, Teuthida gets completely demolished due to being a glass cannon, and gets demolished even more so due to the stomach thing. However, the Dutchman’s Clarinet will probably take care of that by hypnotizing The Tortured One. Considering SBA means they will start hundreds of meters away from each other, Teuthida will pull out the clarinet long before The Tortured One gets close enough to inject Teuthida with enzymes. However however, considering the first thing Teuthida did when pulling out the Dutchman's Clarinet during his fight with Krabs was explain exactly what it does to Krabs, I’m pretty sure The Tortured One can just tear out his ears when Teuthida starts playing like he does with Squidward and just do the stomach thing when he gets close enough.
