The tiny Eggman (and maybe Bowser) CRT

In the wake of the upcoming DB, I decided to troll over Bowser’s page, and remembered he got mid-high regen off this scene from 3D World, where he explodes into fireworks and yet appears later.

Wouldn’t you know it, Eggman has done this not once, not thrice, but 2 times.

That said I wanna focus on the second one, as it undeniably shows Eggman, by himself, no Eggmobile, exploding into a firework. And if you don’t believe me, there you go.

Normally, I’d just stop there and ask for Eggman to get the same possibly mid-high regen as Bowser, but I’m not really sure this should qualify as regeneration. It’s never stated to be regeneration, the firework happens at such a far distance away that no one can tell exactly what’s happening beyond the firework itself, and the supposed regen all happens offscreen.

So, two options

1. Give Eggman possible Mid-High regen
2. Remove it from Bowser’s profile (obviously Bowser can keep the Dry Bowser regen)

I think the "possibly" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. I would personally remove it from Bowser's profile.

I disagree with this. Only Bowser is allowed to have high-end feats!!!

But for real, I think it should either be removed for Bowser or accepted in Eggman's case. We need staff opinions for this one.

I'd go the remove it from Bowser's profile route since I don't think this is Regeneration.
