Nothing really. Last time i checked, G-Virus doesn't have anything to stop cell mimicry/replicate. Unless Gs reactive evolution can do something against it, The Thing just assimilating him.

What's more, Birkin doesn't have anything that can bypass The Thing's regen. This is a massive stomp.
