I’m not sure I mean it’s possible that they wanted to have be that size but they problem had trouble animating hulk throwing around a planet/moon sized cherry. Like isn’t it bigger when Galactus eats?
 
by the way, should we scale to herald level at level 4-A (Thor resists a blast from IG Thanos, although I think it's an Outlier) or be 5-B (Dark Surfer destroys planets with casual attacks, which should scale the durability of the majority, although he always says he is holding back) or Ice man and Thor's 5-C feat?

I think 5-b is decent enough, we can use the black hole stuff for higher end heralds like hulk. Also that reminds was Ironman and doom being thrown around by Galactus ever calced?
