While I was watching a YouTube shorts video of someone who was talking about why Thing fights against the Hulk even though he knows that the Hulk is stronger, although that's not important, what it is, is that the guy posted random images of both of them fighting until one of them arrived. Super hero Squad, and it turns out that the series has more comic than I thought

This is a 2 Month old bump but genuine question. If a fragment of a Fractal can create multiple parallel realities, shouldn't they (Herald tier) scale to that considering Silver Surfer's feat against Dormammu who was amped by several fractals ?

Maybe, but Fractals also can varies due User emotions, so i can see more change the "likely/possibly 4B" scaling to "likely/possible 2-C"
