The strongest mundane-looking characters

We're used to super powerful characters looking all terrifying, badass or even weird. Who are the most lame looking and mundane characters that could actually wreck shop? Here are some rules however:

• Lolis are not allowed; Sorry but it may as well be expected that the supreme lord of the universe is a little girl. Older-looking anime girls are game however
• Cute characters in addition are going to be looked at with incredible scrutiny;
• The list will be ordered by relative mundanity relative to their actual power level

1. Tom Taylor - Is a 10-B loser irl but has High 1-A smurfery and hax through the Leviathan
2. Little Treasure - Is a blind middle aged carpenter but is actually 1-A
3. Destruction of the Endless - Is a medieval bard but is actually 1-A
4. The Doctor - Takes the appearance of several eccentric British men/women but is actually High 1-B
5. John Taylor - Looks like a stereotypical private eye but is actually 1-B
6. Maxwell - Regular boy but is actually 2-A
7. Rimuru - Slime but is actually 2-B
8. Yogiri - Boy but is actually 2-B
9. Timmy Turner - 10 year old kid but is actually 3-A
10. Kirby - Pink Puffball is actually 4-A

Rimuru assumes the form of one of the weakest, typical DnD mobs. In-universe they have animalistic intelligence and are harmless even to humans, IIRC.

Alot of persona protagonists, they look like normal teenagers, because for the most part they are, but are able to fight gods created from the psyche of all of man kind
Also on the topic of teenagers with protector spirits, Josuke for the most part doesn't look that intimidating and is also just a high-school student

He looks a bit too protagonist-y to be unassuming. Maybe you won't know what manner of power he has before he whoops your ass, but anyone who's ever watched an anime or played an anime-style action game should know he's bad news
