The Strongest Hero in History vs The Strongest Hero of Today (The Boys: Very Minor Revisions).

There are no upgrades/downgrades and P&A additions/removals here, it's just rephrasing and additions of feats and statements of abilities/stats already accepted (and of course I will add the references when I apply the changes, in over time. The phone I'm currently using sucks so I couldn't add the feats and statements to the CRT.)

Current Soldier Boy's profile: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Soldier_Boy_(TV_Series)

The changes and additions I propose:

Minor Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Although he fear Mindstorm's ability, Soldier Boy can fight back against it and Payback had to use Novichok to neutralize him.)

Attack Potency: Multi City Block level physically (Was the strongest man alive. Repeatedly stated to be almost as strong as Homelander, the latter even doubting that he could handle him. Fought against Homelander on equal grounds before getting overpowered. Bruised Homelander. Fought and overpowered Temp- V Butcher. Even after Maeve punched Homelander, the latter still considers Soldier Boy as a "bigger fish" than her.) Small Building level to Building level with blasts (Can completely destroy a trailer and multi-story buildings, can vaporize humans, and a fully charged blast can generate this explosion.)

Lifting Strength: Class K (Is almost as strong as Homelander and can restrain him. Threw a Mercedes-Benz through MM's house "like a ******* freight train". Regularly carries around a shield with one arm, which is so heavy that Hughie can't make it budge.)

Durability: Multi City Block level (Maeve believed that if there was a weapon capable of killing Soldier Boy, it would also be effective to kill Homelander, implying the two to have similar durability. Endured brutal hits from Homelander and Temp-V Butcher. Withstood a blast of light from a supercharged Starlight without much damage. Survived his own blasts explosions. Survived falling from the 99th floor of The Seven Tower and didn’t have a single scratch on him as a result.)

Current Homelander's profile: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Homelander_(TV_Series)

The changes and additions I propose:

Flight (True Flight: Perfectly masters this ability since his childhood and used it when he was a newborn.), Temperature Manipulation and Energy Projection (Can control the temperature, power, size and range of his heat vision. He can melting a gun and a brain, heating a bottle of milk and easily cutting through humans and planes. His heat vision can also match that of Butcher, which can burn Soldier Boy's skin who can withstand oxy-acetylene flames without any damage.), Social Influencing (Charisma: Homelander is able to get public support by giving them impressive speeches which most of the time are improvised by himself. Manages to keep the support from the public even after killing an innocent as a result of his carelessness, to the point that they applauded him. Coercion: Members of the Seven and Vought employees are frightened by him because of his strength combined with his sociopathic/psychopathic behavior. Made someone commit suicide. Said to Starlight he will destroy the world if she reveals the Flight 37 video.),
Enhanced Senses and Limited Information Analysis (Vision: Can see through roof and ceiling. He X-rayed Stan Edgar, stating that he is very close to a coronary because his blood is like engine oil. Used his X-Ray vision to spy Stillwell through a wall. Saw through Black Noir's mask. Saw through Butcher's skull and guessed he had 6 months to live. Hearing: Hears at 200,000 Hz. Heard Hughie's and Stan's blood pressure to be 150/90 and 80/60 respectively. Heard Starlight's, Butcher's and Maeve's heart pounding, and said Maeve's was 170 bpm. Starlight told Stan Edgar that he could hears him through the wall. Heard the mayor of Baltimore blackmailed Madelyn Stillwell through a wall while flying. Heard Rebecca's conversation from a long distance away. Heard A-Train mutter an insult under his breath from down a hallway. Heard Roger from across rows of seats in the sound studio. Heard Mallory's fingertips touching a cell phone screen from a front yard away. Heard an explosion from multiples miles away. Heard Hughie's footstep in the pipes despite the music in the background. Smell: Knew Hughie and Starlight were nervous by smelling that their adrenaline had increased. Smelled Billy Butcher's scent on Maeve and Ryan. Smelled Hughie's scent on a drop of sweat.)

Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level (Repeatedly stated to be the strongest man in the world, even stronger than Soldier Boy was. Matched and overpowered Soldier Boy in single combat. Simultaneously fought and overpowered Soldier Boy and Temp-V Butcher. Fought and severely injured Maeve while holding back because he didn't want to kill her. Can throw baseballs hundreds of kilometers away and previously downed an aeroplane with a football. Threatened to wipe New York City, Des Moines and Modesto off the map "for fun". Can level a city in minutes.), higher with Heat Vision (Comparable, if not superior, to Butcher's heat vision, which left a big scar on Soldier Boy's face.)

Lifting Strength: Class K (Superior to Stormfront, who can fling objects just lighter than a 747, and Homelander himself implied he could lift one if he was over solid ground rather than air. With just one arm he easily threw a man with so much force that he stayed in the air for a few seconds. Ripped a pressurized aeroplane door open. Offscreen, he escapes after being crushed by a bus and a bunch of concrete. As a child, he broke a woman's spine by hugging her.)

Speed: Hypersonic+ running speed (Outpaced a C4 explosion. Quickly disarms three terrorists and blitz a woman.) Supersonic flight speed (Stated that he broke the sound barrier when he was 8. Catches up to and flies in conjunction with a Learjet 31 plane, which has a cruising speed of 281 m/s. Flew at 520 m/s when looking for Translucent. Reached a hijacked flight before F-16 fighter jets which have a top speed of 700 m/s. Catches up to a Boeing 747, which has a cruising speed of 260 m/s. Flew from New York to Syria, Africa and Japan in a unknown amount of time.)

Stamina: Superhuman (Seems not to feel his eardrum injury after being stabbed by a metal straw. Can endure being expose to extremely high temperatures for hours despite the immense pain, when he was a kid.)

Intelligence: Above Average (Is a very skilled actor. After he botched the rescue mission of Flight 37, which led to the Crash of Transoceanic Flight 37, Homelander managed to manipulate the situation to make the public support superheroes in the national defense. Planned on secretly giving vials of Compound V to terrorists so that the military would be forced to accept supes into the forces. Outsmarted Stan Edgar by turning Victoria Neuman, his adopted daughter, against him and take control of Vought.)

Weakness: Physical (His X-ray vision cannot see through zinc. Loud noises can mess with his super-hearing.) Psychological (Repeatedly stated to be the weakest character emotionally in the show. He has a obsessive need for everyone to love him and can quickly becomes more aggressive and mentally unstable every time he feels like his image and reputation might be in danger. His god-complex makes him megalomaniacal, egotistical, narcissistic, impulsive, and short-tempered.)
