You have not see the king of Vs Battles Wiki, lord Minomo, destroyer of worlds.

Sledge is really far into 5-A, stomping Lord Arcanon who while holding back massively performed a 5-A feat and being vastly above Heckyl, who was so strong Badussa fled upon merely hearing his name. He, of course, has no hax.

These are speed equal Combined Human for low 7-C. Ungodly smart and skilled.

Tatsumaki may qualify for High 6-C here since she only really has telekenesis and no resistances. But she always leads with BFR into space and such....

The newly revised Gravemind is a contender for High 8-C. His continent level enviromental destruction, dura and hundreds of kilometers range would make him a really strong "non hax" character.

Amitabha's sheer size is still more dangerous imo, most characters just don't have the range to affect it. Even if someone were to use something like concept manipulation on a universal scale, they wouldn't have the range to affect a singe ribosome in its cells.

Anai Miu for high 8C, she's the fastest in the tier, and has precise enough swordsmanship to cut people on a cellular level.

Maybe Jin Mo-Ri for high 4C and 4B. He's super fast (millions of times FTL in his high 4C form, trillions [possibly hundreds of quadrillion's to quintillion's actually] in his 4B form) and is arguably one of if not the most skilled martial artists on the wiki. He can clone himself a lot of times, and his sealing isn't a super decisive thing. His AP is also quite far into solar system level.
