But yeah, her abilities are the most beautiful thing Fate has produced. The amount of ways she can kill someone is astonishing.

I think Aburatori might be a good contender for speed equalized 9-B. In his strongest key he can use fate manipulation to make it practically impossible for Ryougi to hit him, use the opportunity where she kills that imposed destiny to flee into a random future point of the timeline and then send a time double to fight her in the past. This copy can continously throw over one hundred skewers at her, if even one of those scratches her he can remove any or all of her organs, which is a very dangerous ability when combined with his fate manipulation that can be used to ensure that scratch happens. But even if that fails and Ryougi kills the copy, this doesn't affect the main Aburatori, who will just send another temporal copy to the same point in the past to repeat the fight over and over until he distorts history enough he gets to rewrite the timeline with the results he wants even if they don't make sense or are factually impossible, imposing "I won and killed her" as the new version of events.
