Alright before literally anything else is said

The Stranger is a DND Character.

this is an incomplete list of Resistances for DND Characters

Also Stranger is vastly above the 4.04 Kiloton feat

While list of resistances is nice for grasp of for what you typical expect from what a DND character to have but it doesn't really help as The Stranger's profile doesn't really flat out state what he resists.

As for the AP I assume there is a feat catalog that he scales from or something?

Because the list is vastly incomplete, so Bambu didn't want to really list it on the page. Every resistance there is still 100% valid

Level 13s fight monsters that do this and the stranger is level 17

Welll then most the list does hamper Charles here in some degree but as he time manipulation is made pretty much useless here along with his BFR taking away two of his main go to options.But worst come for worst his range , better regen ,precog , portal creation still have an effect
