Not really, just means we're unsure if they're 5-D or can affect 5-D or not. They should be treated as regular 2-As.

for my Side, Demi-Fiend should take if is a 2-A, because, He have a lot more and "better" feats, have Instakills, conceptual damage, manipulation , resist, can Bypass "all" kind of defenses, can Boost, Buff, Debuff and cancels this to enemies or self, c an inflict status ailments, selas, can repel/null/absorb Physical, elemental, Light/Dark/Divine/Demoniac abilities, etc
