From what I can tell, it's a matter of "who strikes first", since neither have defenses against the others' hax.

The "Shrike's composition" isn't explained in his profile, but I don't think he would survive having his time erased.

Can the Shrike reverse time?

I don't know too much about the Shrike (not enough information), but if Sakuya can take one down, isn't it theoretically a draw? The Shrike can already summon itself ad infinitum. Danmaku with speed equalized is kind of a pain to get a clean kill, assuming Sakuya can hit the Shrike (whatever it's durability is). It's Sakuya to draw, Shrike to win.

At least on the Shrike's durability, I know that it was sumerged in molten lava and that didn't effect it. Also, and I don't know if it's relevant or not and I can't remember where I read it but supposedly the Shrike is composed of molded space-time.
