The Shadow vs Jason Vorhees

Well, both resist Mind Manip, so that's out of the way.

I doubt the Gristol Ring would be able to allow to Shadow to assume control of Jason, and he can't really do anything to Jason Physically due to Regen, Immortaility, and Ressurection. Precog and his weapons skills will help him utterly outclass Jason in any form of combat, but I have trouble seeing him get past the aforementioned Regen, espeically since he's only packing a gun/knife.

So, I'll vote Jason, although I'm not sure if the Shadow's Astral Projection can help secure him a win.
 
I'm going off the profile as well as some memories of the movies, but I think it was from his fight with Freddy.

(EDIT) So yeah, basically I'm not too sure.
 
I mean, that's Mind Reading, not Mind Control/Possession, which is what I was concerned about. Reading Jason's mind is just icing on the cake in regards to the Shadow dominating him in regular combat, but Jason will just keep on coming back with regen.
 
I'll try and find a movie clip of it.

If not from his match with Freddy, I'm not sure where the mind manip resistance on his profile came from.
 
Yeah, nothing on him actively resisting it, and I think he was only really fighting Freddy in the real world anyhow.

So, I'll change my vote to Incon until the Jason's resistance feats are clarified.

(EDIT): Now that Jason has lost his crutch resistance, I'm giving this Handily to The Shadow via the Girasol Ring, among various other mental tricks he can pull on Jason. While Jason can regen from most of that he can throw at him, with Jason mindhaxxed I'm sure eventually the Shadow can pick him apart enough.
