TSC has my vote, mainly because of this.

He has shown, after being alive for only a few seconds, to be able to learn CQC to the point where he could easily rival the four colored stickman in CQC, and has been able to easily adapt to situations with his wit alone. He is going to be able to easily figure out Ruby's combat style, adapt, and find a counter (as he has been able to do throughout the series, only taking a few minutes at most)

Instinctive Reaction also helps with this, and if given the Sculk Sensor Staff, its enhanced even further. (which it wouldnt be unreasonable to assume the Minecraft Icon could do such things with its creation abilities)

TSC also has three types of Immortality, 4 and 8 would be the main ones to give Ruby issues- as soon as he goes down, he just gets right back up- and has also learned more of her tricks

Anyways, you also gave him one of his strongest weapons- The Minecraft Icon grants him Invulnerability (very useful for taking hits), it reasonably should allow him to create the other Staves (Gold, Obsidian, Sculk Sensor, you get this gist), and he can even create weapons that he is easily going to be able to figure out and use to their fullest potential. He's already shown aptitude in this in the King Orange arc

Oh yeah, since TSC is basically The Chosen One's return, it could also be reasoned that TSC would have TCO's powers as well, but that would be more up for debate (or restricted to Powers Awakened key, but eh)

Ruby gets skill'd hard

I mean Idk about skill, she's literally as skilled if not more so then cannon dbs goku

She literally has a better control over her PUI then cannon Super manga goku

Well, has Ruby been able to gain martial arts skills comparable to the four stickmen, just by WATCHING them fight, in under a few seconds?

And that isnt limited to that, he's been constantly shown to be able to adapt to situations, like being able to contend with the Animator after he used Task Manager on his friends by simply using the environment around him. For the King Orange scenario, TSC has only had the Minecraft Icon for a maximum of a MINUTE, and yet he has shown mastery over it during the fight

With the Minecraft icon, he has a whole new world of options as well. It wouldnt be that hard to assume TSC would be able to do whatever King Orange did with the icons, like creating massive weapons, summoning mobs to overwhelm (I dont know if TSC could summon that Ravager/Warden beast King Orange did, but eh),, unlimited access to every single potion in the game, so he can just enhance his own abilities further and weaken Ruby (or straight up kill her), and as stated previously, it wouldnt be hard to assume he could just create the other block staves to help in combat

And lets be real
PUI isnt going to save you when your stuck in a bedrock prison
