Yeah Monika can just... see what Ruby is gonna do with her cosmic awareness and instantly erase her on a higher degree of erasure than she can resist. Even if Ruby could somehow get to Monika before she erases her, Monika can just rewind time or forcibly resurrect herself from her character file.
