The Revenant Marvel Comics Discussion Thread

Ok so I'm finishing up getting the last few scans for Seth and I'm stuck with the Conan: Serpent War storyline because I can't tell if it uses Seth or if it uses Set, Marvel Wiki says it's Set but apparently some other places think it's Seth due to stuff like previous comics establishing that Seth is Khonshus opposite or whatever and the Conan comics implies something similar for Set (Does not help that Seth also sometimes uses the name Set and both characters are serpent gods), so I don't know if I should use these comics for my Seth sandbox.

Yes, I would use it.

Also, make sure to create a true form key to him. He should scale to Khonshu and Atum in that key. I am also done with my khonshu stuff, just need to basically publish it, which I might do tomorrow or the day after.

put it as an extra tabber of possible powers and put a note maybe🤔

'aight, will use them then.

Are there any general abilities egyptian gods get in their true forms? I know there's avatar creation but I'm not familiar with what general abilities the pantheon as a whole has.

Made the changes like adding a varies key and the possibly 2-A rating from Hell Lord scaling. Also added a note explaining why him almost uprooting and destroying Yggdrasil isn't a 2-C/2-A feat.

Good job, it must have been hard. Of the new Lokis, God of Stories must have been the hardest to quantify. He became Thor's equal. Seemingly Reality Warped after the Universe was gone, and forced Doctor Strange to be empowered by Yggdrasil.

Of course, literally none of his more current feats make him out to be that powerful and suddenly the God of Mischief is somehow stuck behind a desk job so it's unlikely we'll see more combat feats in the near future. Although I'm flabbergasted at the current direction of the character, I must admit I greatly enjoyed the journey. Maybe I'm biased since I like the character so much, but the issues he starred in were some of the most entertaining to me (although Kid Loki will always have a place in my heart).

Wasn't that in absolute carnage? Like in the Hulk tie in I think it was? Or issue 4/5?

I do remember him beating Hulk tho. Not sure about Carol

Maybe in her absolute carnage tie in?
Chewie while possessed by Carnage did overpower Captain Marvel, but she wasn't trying to hurt him. When she used her powers, Carol beat the Carnage IV symbiote that possessed her cat. Nothing really seems like Dark Carnage beating Captain Marvel
That part of Venom's justification probably needs to be removed

I guess? But even when Eric Masterson had Mjolnir and was empowered by the enchantment, he was weaker than the original Thor, so I'm not sure if that's the case. Are there other statements?
at that time Eric masterson was fused with Thor, I think it is explained that the power of the fusion was altered because the two personalities existed in the same body iirc
