Emperor penguin should be doable if one can find the right stats for it. Kangaroos, well... Kangaroos are a family under the name "Macropodidae," and that family varies widely in size from small species called "wallabies" to larger creatures like the red kangaroo. You might need to research a specific species. Red kangaroo would be a good starter. By the way, did you know there's an "ADD" button on the top-right corner? You might wanna check that out.
