Edit: The high 8-C 682 key is used. He gets Olivia Highland as vessel (needed to give him some vessel, otherwise he can't summon...)

Okay, explain what this boi can do

To start with, like every summoner in the verse, he can summon every Material in existence. That means he can summon the gods of legend as well as the Unexplored Class, which are the anthropomorph manifestations of the laws of the universe. Look at the verse page for a selection of notable Materials. However, he canonly refuses to summon the White Queen.

Different than other summoners he is able to perform Sewn Realm Summonings (with prep time), a technique that allows the Materials true bodies to be summoned without being dependend on the summoning ceremony and without timelimit. That should allow him to summon multiple Materials at once, if he wishes to.

Most notably Kyousuke managed to kill The White Quee. He did that by creating a new law that was not yet rendered harmless to the White Queen and with that create a new Unexplored-class Material, which he specifically tailored to ability wise counter everything the White Queen has and to be able to overcome her immortality.

Nah, she didn't die. All her known immortality was overcome and she was temporarily killed, but she survived somehow. But she was the clear looser of the battle and the age of the White Queen as undeniably strongest has ended with her defeat. (I have not finished Volume 8 yet, so I can not say wether or not it was explained how she survived by now or what actually is the most recent state)

Is it? I haven't paid much attention to 682 threads in the past, but I gave his feats a brief read and thought that it would be in the range where one could have a debate whether a new unexplored class specifically tailored for defeating 682 might be able to do the trick.

The entire being immortal, because it plays by other rules than the rest of the universe thing kinda reminded me of the white queen...

@DT Yeah...about that, there is an experiment they did where they tailor made a creature that would kill 682 using an SCP with Plot manipulaton and it couldnt kill 682

Kyousuke would be able to easily predict all of Touma's moves several seconds in advance, which straight out gives him the win when Touma goes for melee, and has a weapon that gives him reach over Touma to make it worse. To make it even worse Kyousuke also has decent endurance and strength, is much smarter and is a skilled enough fighter that combined with his "precog" he could defeat over 30 powered suits without getting a single scratch. Here are his prediction feats, plus the ones from Alberto S. Divinesmith, which considered a 10-year old Kyousuke good enough to be his rival.

No, Touma's precog is an unconscious skill based on analyzing the involuntary movements of an enemy and the effects of their powers on their surroundings. It works better in ranged attacks and is negatively impacted by things like fighting in anything more than 1v1 and Touma trying to consciously use it.

Kyousuke and other high-level summoners have precog based on raw calculation abilities, physics knowledge and extreme levels of body reading, that they can freely use and abuse in combat. Kyousuke defeats over 30 powered suits that can move faster than any human and slice right through a tank without being harmed at all, while simultaneously making sure none of the pilots are hurt. He later faces and defeats powered suits that can make Mach 2.5 punches. Alberto S. Divinesmith is put into a room that messes with his senses, wears a helmet-like device that further messes with his senses and is able to very easily defeat over 20 guards equipped with metal batons and body armor with his bare hands, only to then be implied of being capable of repeating the same exercise with powered suit users.
