Okay, so comparing the two of them, initially it would seem that All Might is weaker than Peach. Experience-wise, Peach herself had dealt with Culex and Jinx, although I don't think being an interdimensional interloper really counts for anything in the experience department. Yet at the same time, with a single transformation, Peach would become a kung-fu master, which... Sources vary ranging from 3 years to 10 years for mastery in martial arts, so pretty much Peach can gain 3-10 years of experience practically immediately. The same principles should apply to something like Mighty Peach.

About the one downside is the transformations change Peach's movepool entirely, which is a point against her.

All Might had dealt with All For One, someone who had far more experience in combat as he had seen over two or three human lifetimes. That and, with Plus Ultra (which apparently isn't just some weird saying according to his profile, but what would I know?), All Might can push it further than his usual brand of Detroit Smashes. Of course when you consider that All for One survived the United States of Smash, which was a last-ditch effort from All Might, Peach being a smidge more durable than All For One would very much survive that as well.

Oh, and Peach is an entire tier higher in lifting strength than All Might, so uh, there's that.

All and all, I think Peach takes this one, although she will strain a bit when getting up from a United States of Smash.

Counted!

So uhh... Real quick here, All Might's AP was upgraded to 877.51 gigatons of TNT, which would put him a bit higher than Peach here. I think @TheRustyOne can potentially assess this better than I can, even when I had made an assessment prior, but what I think would change is now that things are more in All Might's favor in the AP department, I have a feeling that a United States of Smash would actually put Peach down in this case. That's my guess.

All Might's best feat was throwing out 300+ punches against one foe, with each one of those punches surpassing his normal 100% power.

He did this to overwhelm the USJ Nomu's Shock Absorption, and send it flying away. And this was when he only had "barely a minute left", of his time limit. Obviously he isn't starting exhausted and can exert himself at 100% for 3 straight hours, and go further beyond 100% if needed.

The United States of Smash was more like his last gasp before the last of his power ran out forever.

Peach scales to 27,950,421,397,724 Metric Tons going by the highest rated Class P calc in the Mario Verse page.

But with the 30x multiplier she becomes 838,512,641,931,727 Metric Tons. Assuming I'm correct here.

All Might scales to 165,963,555,342,544 Metric Tons now. She has around a 5x advantage in LS, meaning she's still superior in this category.

I'm uncertain how this effect the battle as I'm unfamiliar how Peach will fight here.

As someone who has played Princess Peach: Showtime, Mighty Peach is pretty standard-fare in regards to what Superman-type heroes do. Her main attack is a dash-punch, and she lifts things without physical contact. The things Peach lifts, she can throw at other crap to damage/destroy them. Against significantly larger foes (bear in mind, Peach is six feet tall), she tends to grab them and swing them around before throwing them like "So long, Gay Bowser!"

If anyone wants to know All Might's strategy in a normal fight, well it's very simple.

All Might rushes forward, doesn't dodge, and attacks until he wins. As explain by AFO himself, it's his classic style of fighting.

Considering Peach's superior LS she can toss him around rather easily. Though All Might has some good endurance against pain. Even after getting a hole blown straight through his toros, he'd still ran forward and punched through the head of the man that did it in retaliation.

All Might doesn't go down until he's incapable of moving.

If they got into a straight fist exchange brawl, All Might would take the advantage there. Though grappling with him gives her the edge there, as he won't be able to escape. He doesn't have electricity resistance, but he should since Izuku has it and their power is exactly the same.

Obviously, I have a bias for the character I know so I want to vote for All Might being able to tough it out. He's stronger in terms of AP and is capable of increasing his strength, knocking out people who are on par with him in one punch with his United States of Smash. Or just throwing out a barrage of punches above his normal AP level.

However, looking through Peach's profile. She has a bunch of abilities that put the fight in her favor. She can teleport a good distance away if she's in trouble, can heal her injuries with magic, and even put people to sleep with her magic as well. While getting hit or jolting would wake All Might up, it'd still give her a free action.

I'm uncertain.
