That’s not the Presence or The Writer. That’s a random tyrannical deity who rules over another dimension from Crafty the Coyotes origin story. This deity is never once called The Presence or The Writer. At best he’s called “God” by the beings of the reality he rules over. Which means nothing btw as even Darkseid is called “God” by those who worship him on Apokolips.
