Ohhh, this is pretty cool since Ness is being protected by Truth (who is 2-C) and The Player (Who should be At least Low 2-C via defeating Giygas). Truth can interact with the "real world".

Well in OFF the player can see and hear anything and does not exist in the off universe and is basically you they control The BatterDaBigP said:

Very interesting, this will honestly go down with The Player from OFF vs Truth of the universe and The Player from Earthbound.
Which I'll go ahead and say that Ness absolutely stomps on The Batter or Judge, but it's his Fate and probability Manipulation that will turn The Player from OFF down. So my vote goes to Ness.

You should probably equalize speed since the player is omnipresent throughout many timelines while Ness spans to only one timeline.
