The Pedestrian's 2-D status

The Pedestrian's 11-A rating is unsubstantiated, as they only appear as images throughout the game with no direct evidence of them being 2-D. As our tiering system says:

Please note that existing as a drawing or being made of data/information is not to be ranked at this tier, as such beings are still 3-dimensional, but on an incredibly small scale.

Furthermore, the profile itself seemingly contradicts the Pedestrian's status as less than 3-D, as it treats pushing supposedly "2-D" boxes as Below Average Lifting Strength. I propose we remove 11-A and remove or swap out all the associated powers.

Also, Electricity Manipulation is not valid and should be removed, given how it's just using batteries like anyone would, not an actual power.
