It's locked. I cannot edit it even if I wanted to. Secondly, the Tier 0 was suppose tp be a attempt at Kami Tenchi that faked it's weaknesses to appear to be human, but I messed up how I worded it... And that's how it was locked

Well... No. As I said, he's just a Tier 0 who fakes having Weaknesses. It doesn't have weaknesses, but I put weaknesses to make it appear it has some when in all honesty he doesn't. It's like God coming in as Jesus and appearing to be Human & have weaknesses when it actually isn't really Hunan and can easily do anything. It's... Like that.

... Sort of. Think of a Tri-Omni being who fakes having weaknesses in a attempt to get closer to his creation. He creates a vessel to have his powers. It can access the totality of it's powers and the VESSEL consciously believes itself to have limitations when it actually does not. It's to be more convincing that it is more human than God when it is actually God.
It's almost the same premise with Kami Tenchi and Tenchi Masaki. Tenchi has shown in the OVA he can access Kami Tenchi's powers , however the only reason he cannot utilize them is because of his belief he has weaknesses when he doesnt. It's the same premise.
I still believe we should move this to FC/OC though. As for this fun/games match ... TOAA wins 9/10 , 1/10 inconclusive if they stop the faking.
