The One Above All (Marvel Comics) BOUNDLESS tier correction

The character that represents the writers and editors, which are obviously above and outside the verse itself is not Tier 0? The Writer (DC) is the same concept, in a pretty comparable verse (an equal rival you may say) and it's considered boundless...why TOAA isn't? The guy literally has the face of Jack Kirby? (If not mistaken),
Because the verse doesn't have a tier 0 cosmology...yet. Yeah, maybe they're similar, but it doesn't mean every author character is tier 0 (take a look at DB's Toribot).
ABOVE ALL OTHERS is a 1-A character, a "detuned" version of the original TOAA.
This doesn't mean much, it's a higher level of 1-A.
there's no proof this guy has limits.
Goku moment.

I give up, the Marvel Universe is probably the most complete and complex verse...I can't think of anything bigger. None of this is High 1A, much less Tier 0. Please read the tiering system before making such random comments.

0 | Boundless: Characters who demonstrate an equivalence to, or can create/destroy/affect, transcendental abstract levels of existence which conceptually stand superior to even High 1-A levels. Being “omnipotent” or any similar reasoning is not nearly enough to reach this tier; characters at this level must transcend High 1-A characters as High 1-A characters would transcend 1-A ones. This tier has no true endpoint, and can be extended unto any higher level, spiraling infinitely upwards.

Tell me how TOAA doesn't meet this requirements.

Oh boy high tier, lemme be wrong

Yeah FYI to be High 1-A, you need to affect an infinite number of "Marvel Universes" (By which I mean like, Firmament tier) stacked on top of each other, hell even in Marvel terms, you need to be able to control the OG Omniverse essentially (which I don't THINK, could be wrong, TOAA has ever been established to have control over in any relevant sense), and Tier 0 is an inherent transcendence above that, arguments given alone isn't sufficient when tier 0 can just have dudes that surpass inherent concepts like ideas and maths, and honestly, 1-A and onwards are just functionally same tier with "my outerversal dick is bigger" so why even bother

TOAA can very well be tier 0 (albeit by MAXING THE ABSOLUTE **** OUT of Marvel Cosmology imo), but thread just has trash arguments by which basically every verse in existence has tier 0s. Please read and understand our standards better
