Could some help with rendering this. I was thinking of removing the rain and leaving in the blue/black/red dots (those are reiatsu btw) in. But if it's too hard, you can also remove them.

Do you want the auras around the dots? Keeping the dots actually isn't too hard with the Magic Wand tool, but the aura is another story entirely.

Hmm. Now that I think about it, it probably looks better with the aura. The dots can be removed. So if you could leave the aura in that'll be great.

The aura as in the one going around his sword.

Well, I managed to keep the dots in (but the auras aren't particularly defined), and I think Dark649 could do a better job, but here's the render as requested.
